Pastors Lynton and Judy Turkington
A native of Perth, Western Australia, Pastor Lynton relocated from Australia to America in 1977 to enter seminary as a theology major in St. Louis, Missouri. He later served as the New Life Christian Center Assistant Pastor in Lancaster, Ohio where he met and married his wife Judy. From Ohio, he and Judy moved to Perth and Pastor Lynton accepted the position as Assistant Pastor at Abundant Life Christian Center an
d later as Senior Pastor.

d later as Senior Pastor.After graduating from college in Australia, the Lord led Pastor Lynton and Judy back to the United States, this time to serve as Associate Pastors at Covenant Church, Dallas Texas for a 12 year period. During a trip to North Carolina, the Lord planted the seed in Pastor Lynton's heart that led him to Raleigh in February of 1997 to start Celebration Church.
Pastor Lynton’s ministry is one of encouragement and personal empowerment. You will be blessed by the strong biblical content of his messages mixed with humor and an Aussie accent. God has used Pastor Lynton to encourage God’s people to a life of excellence with balance. While pursuing his Master’s Degree from Oral Roberts University, Pastor Lynton lives in Raleigh with his wife Judy.
